Afterschool program planned

Project Whatever Is Necessary is an afterschool program designed to assist students between the ages of 11 and 14 who are performing below average in school.

Instruction will be delivered on each student’s level in reading and math.

Parental involvement is a key component.

Project WIN is scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m. for students who live in the neighborhood area of Word Tabernacle Church.

Parents are required to pick up students at 5:50 p.m.

The last day to apply for the program is Aug. 5. Applications can be picked up at the church.
